In my practice, I use elements of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, as well as physical and mental strategies to help calm the mind.
I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma (as an adult or child), are struggling with anxiety and depression and who are going through or considering a life change. I have worked with a huge variety of people, and am happy to connect if you’re wondering if I’m the right therapist for you.
I have experience working with first responders, and can provide informed services and support to firefighters, police officers and ER providers.
